1. Product Overview:

2. Core features :

2.1 Core:
  ASCTS' DP transformer cores are made from imported silicon steel sheets which from Japan, finely cut, smooth surface, excellent conductivity, and comply with international certification standards such as ISO and ROHS. Compared with the mainstream cores in the industry, ASCT’S silicon steel sheets use the whole material, avoiding the potential reduction in conductivity caused by the splicing of recycled transformer silicon steel sheets, ensuring higher current measurement accuracy and stability, meeting the requirements of high-precision current transformers.

2.2 Coils:  
  With 99% pure copper enameled wire, the coil diameter is about 0.9mm, and its conductivity is far superior to that of the copper-clad aluminum coil commonly used in the industry. ASCTS'  coils are exquisitely crafted and have a smooth surface. All coils are UL certified to ensure

2.3 Terminal blocks: 
  ASCTS' terminal blocks are made of high-quality purple copper, which has excellent rust resistance and a thick electroplating layer, enhancing durability. It has a longer service life than other mainstream current measurement devices. It can effectively support the stability of high-precision current measurement transformers and relay protection devices.


                             
                  

 2.4The shell:
  The shell of ASCTS is made of brand-new PC material, which has better heat resistance and a longer service life. Compared with the commonly used recycled materials in the industry, it has significant performance advantages. The surface of the shell is printed with a laser serial number, which facilitates the traceability of the production date and prevents assembly errors on the P1 and P2 sides. The connection part is approximately 8.8mm thick, enhancing the anti-fracture capacity. Ultrasonic welding technology is adopted to ensure the long-term stability of the high-precision current measurement device.

5. Notes:

When installing the DP transformer, make sure P1 and P2 are aligned, and insert the U-shaped and I-shaped components correctly to ensure accurate contact of the current measurement transformer. Improper alignment may result in poor contact of the core, causing the casing to overheat or melt. To avoid this problem, we print serial numbers on the P1 side. Installing them according to the serial numbers ensures accuracy. Following this installation process strictly helps ensure the safety, stability and long-term reliability of the DP transformer.
