How to deal with insulation damage of oil-immersed transformer?

1, the operation of the transformer should check and parts of the oil seepage phenomenon, transformer body no water, in order to prevent water and air into the transformer caused by transformer insulation damage.
2. The oil seal of the respirator of the transformer should maintain a certain oil level and keep smooth, and the desiccant should be kept dry to ensure good hygroscopic effect.
3. Check regularly to ensure that the explosion-proof film and safety pressure relief valve of the transformer are intact to prevent direct connection with the air, resulting in the increase of the water content of the transformer oil and the deterioration of the insulation performance of the oil.
4. When feeding the transformer, attention should be paid to the qualified oil quality in the oil storage cabinet to prevent the deterioration of the oil quality caused by the oil filling, and the bottom of the transformer is prohibited from feeding the oil tank, to prevent the impurities at the bottom of the air and the tank from entering the transformer body, especially to prevent metal impurities from entering the transformer.
